Learn about our Mission

We aim to bring passionate women together from diverse disciplines to create meaningful impact.

Let's face it. The 3-college collaborative between Babson, Olin, and Wellesley is under-utilized.

We want to bring innovators, artists, engineers, and critical thinkers from all 3 colleges to start high-level projects and foster meaningful relationships. The data shows that you do  too...

We surveyed women from Babson, Olin, & Wellesley, and we created Project W to give BOW women what they really want:

  • Expert-led Workshops

  • Quality Speaker Events

  • BOW Project Pods (for interdisciplinary collaboration)

  • Mentorship Opportunities

  • Shared BOW resources

  • Access to BOW Alumni & BOW Professor Networks

  • A Growing Online & In-person Community of BOW womxn

  • Social Events (Book Discussions, Community Dinners, S'mores Nights, Film Screenings, etc.)

We hope you'll join our growing community of badass women.
